Once
Upon a Time, in a far away land...there lived a band of Cutthroat pirates.
They were a brave bunch, and were independent scurvy bucks. A few of them
became discontented with this, and joined a band of rogue pirates known as the
Dakwater Alliance, led by Admiral Thomas Tew. They fought constantly with the
Ol Man of the Sea for the right to be tax free, and many were whipped by his
sea hag, the notorious CycloneRanger.
A
few pervys were thrown in there with the bunch...Johnny Conrad and Stinky the
Bard. The pirates soon realized that there was new territory to be claimed, so
they began to polt and scheme the taking over of some new land. Led by the
great flag-maker Mark Quinn they raided the island of Lara Croft and her Tomb
Raiders, and took many for hostage. They fought the great J7Wild, and took his
queen for ransom, Lara herself. They also took many women from this forum,
such as Buttercup the Fearless, leader of the Sisterhood of pirates, the young
Kathryn, Jill, and Beverly, all members of the Sisterhood. Coggy da Bastid was
planning to take Ms Croft to be his wife, but a few things happened and
well...lets just say it didnt happen. Tew and Buttercup began to have a little
thing going on...but we wont get into that one, Coggy wrote his great epic of
his travels on the high seas, and there we became more accquainted with men
such as Captain Mako and Iggy of the DW Alliance, and the great sea Bum, Navy
Rum himself. A ltitle scandal arose over Kathryn and Navy Rum's
"situation," and for weeks Kathryn was infuriated at Incognito for
his take of "poetic license." The brave NavyBum declared war on one
of the biggest heads in the Carrib, Sir Henry Morgan himself. Amazingly, Navy
Rum almost beat the Ego from Down Under, but soon after this he was never seen
again.
It
was also soon after this that the esteemed Captains Moose and Cap'n Coggy
declared a battle between them and two Sisterhood pirates, Captain Buttercup
and Kathryn. The men were soundly defeated, and the Sisterhood gained much
respect in their waters. In a few weeks the pirates soon became restless, and
staged a new attack on the TR island. They were again victorious, and claimed
such prizes as TekkaMaki [William Fly], Cap'n Annabelle, formely of the
Sisterhood, Maggie and Christabel of the Sisterhood, and a few others who have
faded away. Then the Golden Age of Cutthroats was reached, and the island
prospered. But with the release of new games and territory, it slowly began to
dwindle.
Although
there were massive efforts by Captain Creed and many of the Sisterhood to
broadside, and the great stories of Capn Crash and Mandy's epic romance, the
forum kept slowing down more and more. It has been rumored that Capn Coggy
cast a fatal "Dissapear" spell and vanished, and that Capn Moose and
his family have now suffered the same fate. Capn Mako is thought to have
drifted off to another part of the sea, and Iggy has scrambled to a new tree.
Typhoons of course never last all that long, and Admiral Tew has set out to
become a true officer. Darkwater disbanded, and many of the Sisters have also
be MIA. Mark Quinn set out for Japan and the temptations of being a
Shogun...Navy Bum is rumored to be locked in Henry Morgan's sheep stall. Even
the Organettes themselves have been rumored missing, but there are reports of
a certain year of silicone implants having mysterious explosion capabilites...who
knows. Now for my question...
